Alcudia's famous sandy beaches of "Sant Joan" and "Sant Pere" are just a 5-minute drive or, of course, on foot.
The property, set on a 400 m² plot, offers the ideal retreat. With approximately 130 m² of living space, the house offers four bedrooms on two floors (all with double beds) and two bathrooms with shower, one of which is en-suite.
