Property Description

This villa, located on the coastal cliffs in the heart of a natural park between the sandy beaches of Cala Santanyi and Cala Mondrago, offers stunning sea views. The architectural style of a typical Mallorcan white chalet with Mediterranean furnishings makes this house a true dream vacation home.

With 160 m² of living space, the house offers three bedrooms spread over two floors (2 with double beds and 1 with single beds) and a total of three bathrooms (2 with showers and 1 with shower and bathtub, all ensuite). All bedrooms have their own air conditioning and ceiling fans. One of the bedrooms is a suite with, of course... sea views!

From the entrance, you enter the spacious living room with satellite TV. Connected to the living room is the dining table and the modern, bright, fully equipped kitchen, also... with sea views! From the living room and kitchen, you access the cozy terrace with a porch and dining table.

Here you'll find the private pool measuring 6 m x 5 m (depth 0.80 m x 1.90 m, access via steps), ideal for cooling off. When you arrive on this terrace, you'll know your vacation has already begun... Spectacular views, the sea wherever you look!

The villa is just a few minutes' drive from the beaches of Cala Santanyi and Cala Mondrago, as well as the fishing village of Cala Figuera, Santanyi, or further north, Porto Petro. These towns offer restaurants and bars, shops, and supermarkets. The long sandy beach of Es Trenc is just a 20-minute drive away.
