Property Description

This wonderful villa offers spectacular panoramic sea views. On the southwest coast, in the Cala Dor area, just minutes from the beaches of Cala Serena and Cala Ferrera, it is situated right on the rocks in an unbeatable location! The Ibizan architectural style with Mediterranean furnishings make this house a true dream vacation home. 

With 120 m² of living space, the house offers three bedrooms on one level (1 with a double bed and 2 with single beds) and a total of two bathrooms (1 with a shower and 1 with an ensuite shower/bathtub). All bedrooms have their own air conditioning. One of the bedrooms is a suite with its own bathroom and access to the terrace, of course, with sea views, but the sea is also visible from the windows of the other bedrooms. From the entrance, you reach the spacious, bright, and fully equipped kitchen and the living room with satellite TV. From here, you can also enjoy incredible sea views! The living room leads to the cozy terrace with a porch and dining table.

Here, to the left, you'll also find the 6m x 5m private pool (depth 0.80m x 1.80m, entrance via steps) for cooling off. Once you've reached this terrace, you know your vacation has begun... Spectacular views, with the sea at your feet! 

The villa is just a few minutes' walk or drive from the beaches of Cala Serena and Cala Ferrera, and the fishing village of Cala Dor. Cala Dor is home to numerous restaurants and bars, shops, and supermarkets. The long sandy beach of Es Trenc is just a 15-minute drive away.
