This beautiful, magnificent natural stone finca is one of the most important properties in the municipality of Sant Llorenç des Cardassar on the east coast of Mallorca.
As if integrated into a mountain world, the sun terrace with the 18 m x 5 m infinity swimming pool offers an impressive view of the surrounding natural scenery.

There are two living areas on the upper floor. One with living-dining room and panoramic terrace, an adjacent open kitchen and three bedrooms (one of which is semi-open with its own bathroom, two with single beds and a shared bathroom with bathtub)
LIVING AREA 2:
Consisting of a living room, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms (one with a separate toilet and accessible via stairs)
LIVING AREA 3:
The ground floor consists of two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a living-dining room and an open kitchen. From the living-dining room you also have a fantastic view of the vast natural scenery through the huge window arches.
No matter where you are on the finca, from everywhere you can enjoy a kilometer-long view in all directions as far as the coast of Cala Millor! Whether you are simply looking for peace and relaxation or want to make a special occasion an unforgettable experience, this finca is the ideal location!
