Property Description
This small and idyllic property is ideal for a small family or, for example, two couples. It is located just outside the village of Sant Llorenc on the east coast of the island, so the nearest beaches are only a 10-15 minute walk away. The house is ideal for anyone looking to escape the main tourist areas and enjoy the relaxed, authentic island life of Mallorca.
On one level and approximately 130 m², the house consists of a cozy, beautifully decorated living-dining room with satellite TV and Wi-Fi. The fully equipped kitchen is located near the dining room and has access to the covered terrace shaded by the large trees that surround the house. There are two bedrooms (1 x double bed, 1 x single beds) and two bathrooms (1 x shower, 1 x shower over bathtub), all of which are ensuite. All bedrooms have their own air conditioning.
The best part of this property is undoubtedly its beautiful and picturesque natural garden. In front of the large porch with a dining table, a mobile barbecue, and a chill-out sofa, under the trees that provide plenty of shade, we find the 7m x 4m pool area (depth 0.80–1.80m, chlorinated water). Here, while you soak up the Mediterranean sun under the umbrella, you will find the absolute relaxation of a well-deserved vacation. And a few meters from the house, there is a small house with a hammock hanging between the trees. Another ideal place to forget about everyday life.
The location is perfect: the town of Sant Llorenc is just a 5-minute drive away, and the nearest beaches, such as Sa Coma or Cala Millor, are about 10–15 minutes away.
