Welcome to our fantastic Finca COMPARET with space for up to 6 people. With a plot of more than 18,000 m2 in a dream location and a private pool of 7 m x 4 m, this estate is located between the towns of Son Servera and Arta, less than five minutes by car from the beaches of the "Costa de los Pinos".

With a living area of ​​around 250 m², the house has a total of three bedrooms (1 x double bed, 2 x single beds) and three bathrooms with a shower over the bathtub, two of which are en-suite. The large living room is divided into a dining room and a little further up, up a small staircase, is the living area with sofas and satellite television.

Below this area is the old mill, which in old times was used on this farm. The kitchen, equipped with an oven, microwave and dishwasher, is directly opposite and offers another seating area with a dining table. Of course, there is WiFi Internet and a table tennis table offers sports variety.

The property is located less than 5 minutes by car from the beautiful beaches of the "Costa de los Pinos", which are safe from mass tourism. For golf lovers, the "Pula Golf Resort" is only 10 minutes away. The weekly Son Servera market takes place every Friday. One of the most beautiful beaches on the island, "Son Serra de Marina", can be reached via Arta in about 15 to 20 minutes.
