Property Description
An authentic Mallorcan country house with lots of peace and a spectacular view all the way to the sea, this beautiful finca offers all of this! The rustic finca is located on a hill between Sant Llorenç and Arta on the east coast of the island.
The location of the finca impresses with a fantastically beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding natural scenery, all the way to the sea. It's nice and secluded up here, but you're not, as the town of Sant Llorenc is only about 5 minutes away from the finca. The house offers around 250 m² of living space on two floors, a total of four double bedrooms (4x double bed) and three shower rooms.
The three bedrooms on the upper floor have air conditioning and two of them have access to a terrace with a beautiful view. The ground floor houses an open living-dining room and the modern open kitchen. There are a total of three bathrooms with showers available, one of which is ensuite.
The outdoor area of this finca is something special, the pool terrace is literally integrated into the mountain landscape just a few meters from the house. The highlight here is the 9 m x 5 m swimming pool (depth 1.20 m x 1.90 m) with sun loungers and a covered terrace around the pool is a well-kept lawn. From the pool terrace you have a fantastic panoramic view of the sea. A donkey family lives on the finca (fenced in) and there are wild cats, although they are very shy.
If you are looking for a real, authentic holiday in the country, surrounded by pure nature and local animals, this finca is the right place for you. By the way, the pool can also be heated between March and May.
