Property Description
A wonderful oasis of well-being awaits our guests on the stylish traditional finca LA REAL very close to Sant Llorenç des Cardassar, on the east coast of Mallorca.
The location of this finca is simply great, here you can enjoy absolute peace and privacy, combined with wonderful views over the surrounding landscape and, when visibility is good, even as far as the sea.
But the highlight is without a doubt the beautiful garden with a well-kept lawn that surrounds the huge 14 m x 6 m (depth 1.20 m to 1.90 m) swimming pool. On the wooden loungers by the pool, you can indulge in doing nothing and relax extensively, either in the sun or shaded by a parasol. The covered terrace with sofas and dining table and a view of the pool ensures a social gathering. For sports enthusiasts, there is a beach volleyball court on the finca.
With around 220 m2 of living space on two floors, the finca offers a cozy ambience with aesthetic floors and light walls. High French windows and beamed ceilings tastefully round off the tasteful interior. Relaxing indoors on the sofa in the cozy living room with satellite TV is also fun. The dining table is located directly in front of the fully equipped kitchen. The three brightly furnished bedrooms ensure restful nights. One of them is on the ground floor (1x double bed) and the other two, with access to the terrace with a fantastic view, on the upper floor (2x double bed). There are a total of three bathrooms, one on the ground floor (1x with shower) and the other two on the upper floor (1x shower, 1x shower tray, both ensuite).
The village of Sant Llorençc is only 5 minutes away by car and the nearest beaches on the east coast, such as Cala Millor or Sa Coma, can be reached in about 15 minutes by car.
