Property Description
This charming Finca is located on the outskirts of the village of Montüiri, halfway between the capital city of Palma de Mallorca and Manacor. This finca is ideal for those who want to escape the tourist crowds and enjoy the relaxed, authentic lifestyle of the island's interior.
The house offers approximately 150 m² of living space on the ground floor, a lovingly furnished living room with ceiling fans, air conditioning, and a comfortable sofa corner with satellite TV. The fully equipped kitchen is located near the living room and offers access to the covered terrace with a dining table. There are a total of three bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 twin bed) and two bathrooms with shower, one of which is en-suite. All bedrooms have their own air conditioning and ceiling fans.
The highlight of this villa is undoubtedly the extensive natural garden. Well integrated into this is the large 10 m x 5 m swimming pool (depth 0.80 x 1.90 m), surrounded by a 500 m² lawn – ideal for families with children. Next to the pool is a covered terrace with sofas and a third bathroom with a shower. An Argentinian parilla BBQ and a dining table are also available for great barbecue evenings.
If you don't want to use the car, you can reach the center of Montuiri in just 5 to 10 minutes on foot. The bus stop connecting Montuiri to Palma and other parts of the island is just a minute from the house. The nearest large supermarket is also just a two-minute drive away. In short: a holiday home with excellent transport links that also offers the experience of a finca-style vacation.
By the way: about 200 meters from the property, you can have lunch or dinner at "Bar s'Hostal," one of Mallorca's most emblematic restaurants, known for its exquisite "pa amb oli" (bread with olive oil).
