Property Description

This nice country house offers air conditioning, a large 12m x 6m pool, and is located just 10 minutes from the beaches of Muro and Can Picafort. For those traveling with family or groups of friends, this house is simply ideal. The pool is also fenced for the protection of our little ones.

On one level, with approximately 170 m², also suitable for disabled guests, the house consists of a large living room with satellite TV and air conditioning, comfortable sofas, and an air-conditioned dining room. The fully equipped, air-conditioned kitchen is located near the living room and has access to the covered terrace with a dining table.

In total, there are six bedrooms (2 double beds, 4 single beds) and three bathrooms with showers over bathtubs. A fourth bathroom with shower is located outside near the pool area. All bedrooms have their own air conditioning.

The best feature of this property is undoubtedly its natural garden. Well integrated behind the house is the large 12m x 6m (depth 1.10m x 1.60m) saltwater pool surrounded by a fence for the protection of our little ones... ideal for families with children or groups of friends. Under a tree, there is a hammock and sofas. Next to the house is the covered terrace with a large dining table and a mobile barbecue. For those looking for a bit of activity, there is also a ping pong table and gym equipment.

The beaches of Muro and Can Picafort are about a 10-minute drive away. Bars, restaurants, and supermarkets are located in the villages of Maria or Santa Margalida, a 5-minute drive away. In short, a very well-connected house, ideal for those looking for a quiet holiday surrounded by nature, yet not too far from the tourist areas.
